A clinic for the children

Bimbilnà is a small village south of Asmara, near the border with Ethiopia, which in the last decade has had to pay dearly for the conflict which opposed the two States, former Italian colonies.

The Capuchins had already created a clinic to assist the various ethnic groups who had been refugees in this region, but lacked the accommodation to house the health personnel and especially a maternity ward.

Did not have to convince us for a long time and although the Government has not made things easy the new maternity ward and housing are now full service of these colorful populations.
