EVERYTHING STARTED IN THE 70S

The Foundation’s first philanthropic activities began in the 1970s when our parents, Isabella and Giancarlo Podini, helped establish a leper colony to give families affected by leprosy a chance to live with dignity, despite their severe marginalization.

CONCENTRATED IN ERITREA AND CAMBODIA

From the 1980s until 2010, our family continued its work through aimed projects in both Asia and Africa.

THE BIRTH OF THE  PODINI FOUNDATION

In 2010, we decided to establish the Podini Foundation with the target to enhance the impact of our social and charitable projects and operations.

Since then, we have also played an active role in supporting people and/or causes worthy of sustainment in our region.
